My name is Arch Sproul and since 2001 I have designed then built 118 homes with my company in price ranges from $150,000 to $2,500,000 all in Santa Fe County.
As the designer I can customize our homes to fit our customers’ needs, but the major reason for our success is our attention to detail and the quality of our work.
Every one of our subcontractors is a master at their trade, but my own crew, with members who have been with me from 10 to 23 years, are responsible for all the major construction and the finish work

We have two beautifully designed homes, that are permitted and ready to start at 1840 A and D Paseo de la Conquistadora. These are like many of my award-winning super energy efficient homes, on a ¼ acre lots, along the Santa Fe River, close to the river walk and downtown Santa Fe.
The base models include premium finishes but there are several options for upgrade and the lucky client who buys one of these houses gets to pick all the final selections that will be installed by the most experienced team in Santa Fe.
